[IQUG] IQ 16.0 stable version and RAM requirements

In general we’ve seen the RAM requirements go up for ASE from version to version ( ex. 12.5.2 to 15.X).
I have the opportunity to run IQ on DL580’s with 3 TB of RAM which is double my current 1.5 TB RAM allocation hosts.
I wanted to find out if IQ 16.0 needs additional RAM so I can justify doubling my memory. I know the 33% rule for LMA, Main, and temp
but wanted to also know if I would need to maintain my current RAM allocation to MAIN and TEMP by adding more memory when I get to 16.0.
Assuming 1000 GB RAM currently:
IQ MEMORY 15.4
IQ MEMORY 16.0

Best to read the IQ 16 Hardware Sizing Guide. It talks about the new memory layout and what you need.
30% RAM for main, 30% for temp, 30% for LMA. That leaves 10% for the OS which is fine for most environments.

We are heading to IQ 16.0 but are hesitant due to the number of instability issues.
What rev of IQ 16.0 are you using in production and what rev is most stable?
Second question: with the introduction of the Large Memory space in IQ 16.0 will we need additional RAM when upgrading from IQ 15.4 to 16.0?
